Evidence from the paper

Table 5. Mineral properties at P=0, T=290 K used to determine compositions compatible with Table 4: Mg-Fe perovskite, K' = 3.8-4.0, K (GPa) = 264, rho = 4104(1+0.264f-0.012f^2) kg m^-3. 'The value of K for Mg perovskite has also been measured (Yeganeh-Haeri 1994), but K'0 for Mg perovskite is not yet well known... The range of 3.8 to 4.0 for K'0 of Mg perovskite is used in our data fitting.'

Additional notes

density expression
rho (kg m^-3) = 4104(1+0.264f-0.012f^2)
note
Paper defines K = K_S (adiabatic) and primes as adiabatic pressure derivatives; authors conclude K'0(290 K) for Mg perovskite must be close to 3.8
