Evidence from the paper
"V_calc(P,T) is the volume at pressure P and temperature T and can be calculated by the Birch-Murnaghan equation of state. ... However an isothermal bulk modulus at room temperature Ko = 263 GPa and its pressure derivative K' = 3.9 were used for the present calculation to evaluate V_calc(20.5,T) and V_calc(P,T)."
Additional notes
usage
K0 and K' were adopted (not fitted in this study) to apply a pressure correction of measured unit-cell volumes to a common pressure of 20.5 GPa
thermal expansion alpha 20.5GPa
0.8(+/-0.8)x10^-5 K^-1 at 20.5 GPa and room temperature (this study)
dK dT used for uncertainty check
(dK/dT)_P = -0.063 GPa/K [Mao et al., 1991]
note on V0
No zero-pressure unit-cell volume V0 reported; all volumes tabulated at ~20 GPa (Table 1)
