Fitting the room temperature density data to a 2nd order Birch-Murnaghan equation of state, i.e. with K' = 4, yields estimates for the room pressure isothermal bulk moduli K_T of 257(2) and 246.0(2) GPa for the Mg-Pv and (Mg-Fe)-Pv samples, respectively.
