Evidence from the paper
We estimate the parameters of a candidate EOS for this melt consistent with our data: rho_0 = 3.68 g cm^-3; K_oS = 125 GPa; K_S' = 4.0; gamma = 2.4(V/V_o)^1.0; E_tr = 2.4 MJ/kg relative to en; and C_V = 0.92*3nR, where R is the gas constant.
