Why this differs from similar rows?
Conditional fit with V0 fixed to 162.5 (typical measured value) rather than fitted freely, yielding a different K0=253.2; sibling row fits V0 freely.

Evidence from the paper
If we compute the conditional equation of state parameters for Fe-free bridgmanite (fixing V0 to its most typical measured value of 162.5 Å3), we get a low-pressure appropriate bulk modulus of K0T = 253.2 ± 4.4 GPa, in general agreement with previous diffraction studies.
Additional notes
note
Conditional low-pressure-appropriate parameters; corresponding computed adiabatic modulus KS0 = 255.7 ± 4.4 GPa at 0 GPa and 300 K via KS = KT(1 + αγT)
