Stishovite
SiO2
third-order Birch-Murnaghan · Original · 2003
Why this differs from similar rows?
Full unit-cell third-order BM EoS fit to combined single-crystal + powder XRD data; sibling row instead reports a linearized axial (a3) modulus, not the full-volume EoS.

Evidence from the paper
A refinement of a third-order Birch-Murnaghan EoS yields parameters of K0 = 309.9(1.1) GPa and K'0 = 4.59(0.23). Table 1: Amb. ... V 46.5126(61).
Additional notes
note
Ambient unit-cell volume from Table 1 single-crystal data (a = 4.17755(16), b/c = 2.66518(34)); accuracy of K0 has additional ~0.3% (~1 GPa) uncertainty from ruby pressure scale
