Evidence from the paper
The value obtained by fixing KT0 to 212 GPa is 5.6(10) or 7.5(10), depending on whether the equation of state of ice VII or the ruby fluorescence scale is used to determine pressure, however, the former value is preferable (Reynard et al. 1996).
